PREFAB FIBERGLASS HOUSE
Prefab Modular Fiberglass House
This is a circular fiberglass house to be prefabricated and assembled on site. It is three stories and 5,000 square feet but could be built to any size and different numbers of floors. There are exterior roof decks with glass doors for outdoor recreation as well as plenty of windows for a homeowner who enjoys natural light and air. This is a prefab & a modular system meant to provide a modern home design. A prefab house is built in a factory then shipped and assembled on site. It is also a modular house in that it is a set of components that can be used to make many different designs with the same pieces. The primary material is fiberglass. Fiberglass buildings are very durable easy to construct and can provide high levels of insulation and a very unique look. The fiberglass can be polished and have a very sleek aesthetic for a modern home. Fiberglass can be made in any shape, form and color.
Modular House Design
This modular house system has 4 basic components: a core where the bathrooms are located and all of the utilities connect, plus three radiating wings in 7’, 14’, and 21’ modules. The radiating wings can be connected in different configurations to allow for endless possibilities for different house designs. These components would allow for modular wall panels, windows, and doors to be inserted to allow variability in the house designs. This system can be implemented in many different ways to achieve a variety of modern home designs.
