Help From NYC DOB(Last Updated On: August 22, 2018)
Renovating and building in New York can be difficult. From trying to find an architect to selecting a contractor. The process can be daunting. Fortunately, the Department of Building offers free assistance in the form of Homeowners’ Night. Homeowner’s Night is every Tuesday night from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at your respective borough DOB office, addresses can be found at the end of this article.
As an architect I often recommend my clients get a second opinion when they are uncertain. Homeowners night is a great way to get some free advice on a complicated issue.
