The Special Hudson Yards Zoning District is one of many special zoning districts in New York City. Special Districts have additional zoning requirements otherwise not stipulated in the Zoning Resolution specific only to those locations.

The Special Hudson Yards Zoning District covers the Hudson Yards and some of the surrounding areas between 30th street and 41st street.

There are many Subdistricts in the Hudson Yards Special District. Each of these have specific rules for their own subdistrict. This makes this district quire complicated. Some of the subdistricts have their own subareas. Here is a list of the subdistricts:
